A graduate of EM Lyon Business School (MSc in Corporate Finance and Strategy, 2012), Julia began her career in M&A at BNP Paribas CIB in London before transitioning to infrastructure financing at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. For the past nine years, Julia has specialized in finance for the renewable energy sector—solar PV, wind, and energy storage—and clean tech.
As Area Manager for Europe at TotalEnergies Renewables, she led the structured financing of a 5 GW solar portfolio in Iberia before joining Recurrent Energy (a subsidiary of Canadian Solar) in 2023, where she heads up M&A and strategic development activities in EMEA. She is currently working as a freelancer and will become a co-founder of Climate House in 2025.
