Laurent began his career at Schlumberger, where he worked for 23 years in various R&D roles in France and China, focusing in particular on CO\u2082 storage solutions.\n\nIn 2011, he shifted his focus to energy transition consulting, notably by co-founding Actys-BEE and working at ENEA Consulting. His <span lang=\"FR\">expertise lies in hydrogen, carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), as well as the development of decarbonization roadmaps. With a <\/span>longstanding <span lang=\"FR\">interest <\/span>in psychology, he also works on the societal acceptability of underground CO\u2082 storage. \n\nIn 2019, he joined the CNRS as Deputy Director in charge of innovation, commercialization, and industrial relations at the National Institute of Sciences of the Universe (CNRS-INSU).\n\nPassionate about sharing his knowledge, he regularly gives lectures and training sessions, and teaches at several institutions in France (Centrale Supelec, IFP School, etc.) and at National Central University in Taiwan.\n\nHe is currently a research associate in psychology at the University of Rennes 2.
